Biweekly

Check Windows, doors and sliding doors
Check for any visible mold/mildew signs
Check for any visible insects or pest issues
Check that A/C unit is operational
Check Power is On
Water Leaks
Everything in the weekly check
Check refrigerator is operating
Flush toilets
Run faucets

Monthly

Check and when needed replace A/C filters (filters should be available at property)
Open and close garage doors
Clear entry debris and sweep entrance
Send report to customer along with photos and/or video showing the property (email and/or text depending on preference)
Irrigation system check
