The master bathroom includes a private toilet area, double sink and walk in shower along with a large walking closet. The other two bedrooms have large wall closets and queen-size beds. Nice peaceful lanai to have your morning coffee or you can stay inside in the breakfast nook with a view to the ample kitchen or TV in the family room. The family room has comfortable recliners, and you have access to dine, play cards, or do puzzles in the dining area. The house has Wi-Fi with access to stream your favorite media, and Xfinity cable TV.
Location! Location! Location! This home is near Brownwood, Lake Sumter Landing, and many recreation centers. It has access to many of the top executive and championship golf courses.
Guest Access to The Villages Amenities
Begin enjoying the lifestyle in The Villages has to offer with your Guest IDs. After the reservation is made, we will communicate with you to gather the details we need to request your IDs and instructions for pick up upon arrival. The IDs will be ready, you will be asked to pay The Villages a $50 fee when you pick up the IDs. More detail will be provided with your Digital Guidebook.
